Soft & airy Scottish white bread rolls
These are absolutely lovely! We warm them in the microwave and use butter and homemade jam and a slice of real ham. Our kitchen smells just like my Grandma's did.
I will order more.
They are fine for what they are, but are kinda small and a bit doughy for me whereas Scottish morning rolls are bigger, airier, have a crusty top and are a bit like sour dough bread. These are not like that. That said, our teenage son says that these are the best bread he's ever tasted. To each their own I guess.
