I hadn’t eaten Branston Pickle in about 40+ years, and when I got my (regular size) jar from Ackroyd’s , it lasted about 3 days with just me eating it (with most meals).
It’s very good! Buy some!
This is basically a rough cut chutney and goes well with fried foods and cheese. A staple of the traditional Ploughman's Lunch (Artisan bread, your cheese of choice (maybe blue Stilton?) and some Branston pickle"). Very British.
