Heating & Storage

The following items are fully cooked and simply need to be reheated. For the best taste and results, avoid heating in a microwave oven.


If frozen, defrost in fridge overnight before serving. Preheat oven to 325° F. Wrap haggis in foil and place in baking dish. Heat for 60 minutes per pound of haggis.

All items can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.

    Ackroyd's haggis was pretty good, but a little more "mealy" than I'm used to. That said, most of the other haggis that I've had either came out of a fish 'n chip shop, or a can, so what do I know. There are different recipes for haggis and this is one of them. You may love it !
