Based off of the demand for last month's Negroni cakes, we decided to offer another cocktail cake in July.
The Ginger Lemon Whisky cake is inspired by one of our favorite drinks, the Penicillin cocktail made famous by New York bartender Sam Ross, currently of Attaboy.
Our cake starts with our handmade tart shell, we add ginger & Scotch whisky cream, top it with honey lemon cake, and finish it with icing and crystalized ginger.
With every sale of these cakes, we will be donating to Mental Health Foundation of West Michigan. Mental health is huge concern in the food, beverage, and hospitality industry, so we're trying to help the best way we know how.
